• All Paul Brayton Designs Order Numbers start with a leading zero (0). Example: 023456
The “Anticipated Ship Date” value will indicate a change in the ship date from what was originally scheduled. The “Shipment Date” value reflects the date of the actual shipment.
For Furniture Shipments:
Paul Brayton Design will utilize furniture exclusive carriers whenever possible to mitigate the risk of damage to our furniture during transportation. Delivery can take up to 10 working days. For Textile Shipments:
Paul Brayton Designs will utilize Fed Ex, UPS, DHL and LTL carriers depending on the service level needed and the destination. Delivery can take up to 5 working days for domestic orders.
